1. Membership Agreement

By signing up for a membership at True Fitness, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable membership fees as outlined in your chosen plan.
  • Abide by all gym rules, policies, and staff directions while using the facility.
  • Notify us of any changes to your contact or billing details.
  • Treat equipment, facilities, and other members with respect.

All memberships are non-transferable. Memberships may be paused or cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy and any terms outlined in your contract.

2. 24/7 Access and Safety

True Fitness is a 24/7 access gym. For your safety:

  • Members must use their own access card to enter. Sharing access cards is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
  • Surveillance cameras operate 24/7 to ensure member safety.
  • Members must not allow non-members or guests into the facility outside of staffed hours.
  • In case of emergency, please follow the instructions posted inside the facility and contact emergency services if required.

3. Health and Fitness Responsibility

By using our facilities, you confirm that:

  • You are physically capable of participating in fitness activities.
  • You will inform staff or your personal trainer of any relevant medical conditions or injuries.
  • You understand that all physical activity involves risk, and you accept personal responsibility for your health and safety while using our services.

True Fitness is not liable for injuries or health conditions that may result from the use of our equipment or facilities unless caused by negligence on our part.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Membership fees are billed fortnightly or prepaid upfront, depending on your chosen plan.
  • A one-time access card fee applies to all new memberships.
  • A small billing/admin fee applies to each transaction.
  • Late or failed payments may incur additional charges and could lead to suspension of access until resolved.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or outlined in our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellations and Pauses

Cancellation terms vary based on your membership plan:

  • Fixed-term contracts (6, 12, or 18 months) may require notice and/or a cancellation fee.
  • No lock-in and prepaid memberships can be cancelled as per their specific terms.
  • Membership pauses can be arranged for medical or travel reasons with appropriate documentation.

To cancel or pause your membership, please contact us in writing via email or at the gym reception.

6. Personal Training Services

  • Personal training is available at an additional cost.
  • Cancellations for booked sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
  • True Fitness is not responsible for private agreements made directly between members and third-party personal trainers.

7. Website Use

When using our website:

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its content.
  • Do not misuse, copy, or republish our content without permission.
  • We may update or remove website features at any time without notice.

8. Privacy

9. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Be respectful and considerate to other members and staff
  • Clean equipment after use
  • Return weights and gear to their proper place
  • Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership.

10. Limitation of Liability

True Fitness will not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings unless caused by proven negligence
  • Temporary closures due to maintenance, public holidays, emergencies, or force majeure
  • Availability of equipment during peak hours

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
